Wrong Username Or Password. Change username and password. First thing is to check for the password once and twice.
As you said password I dont know what you meant I assume it as windows or a web application or any app then there. A new password has been sent to your e-mail address. The next-hop is pointed to the other mikrotik with old version and traffic is in and out back to the same interface when go to the affected router.
