Phoenix police released video showing officers shooting a former NFL player at least 10 times and deploying stun bags pepper balls and a dog on him near 23rd Avenue and Indian School Road before. The shooting which happened on April 14 left police officer Denise Bruce-Jones injured. Had a standoff with the officers but got more than what the norm of a police body camera footage would show.
The shooting took place in West Phoenix on Saturday afternoon.
